SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Antigen Enterprise Manager 9.0 to gather the Antigen Worm List engine information, the engine version is 0 in the Scanner Information area. This occurs even though the Antigen Worm List engine is not out of date. Additionally, the following events are logged in the Application log:
