SYMPTOMSWhen you use a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer to visit a Web site that contains video content, you cannot view the video content as expected. Additionally, you may be prompted to install Adobe Flash Player. However, you cannot view the video content even after you install Flash Player. CAUSEThis problem occurs if Flash Player is corrupted. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, follow these steps:
