SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  1. You pause a DVD in Microsoft Windows Media Player 11.
  2. You change the Resolution setting in Display Settings.
  3. You resume playback.
In this scenario, Windows Media Player 11 skips ahead to the next chapter in the DVD.
