SYMPTOMS

In Windows Vista, Microsoft Office Access may stop responding when you open a remote database that is already open on another Windows Vista-based computer.

Note This problem occurs on any flat file database. For example, this problem occurs on Foxpro database files.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information

This problem was first corrected in Windows Vista Service Pack 1.
