This hotfix package fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:The Collaboration Data Objects file does not include the Western Australia time zone for daylight saving time changesThe version of the Collaboration Data Objects (Cdo.dll) file that is included in Outlook 2003 does not include the Western Australia time zone for daylight saving time (DST) changes. This hotfix package adds the Western Australia time zone to the Cdo.dll file.Changes that you make in a Rich Text Format (RTF) e-mail message disappearYou change an RTF e-mail message. If the e-mail message is protected by Information Rights Management (IRM), changes that you make to the e-mail message disappear when you reply to the message or when you forward the message.The message body disappears in a forwarded e-mail message that contains a Word document attachmentYou open and then close a Microsoft Office Word document that is attached to a RTF e-mail message. If the e-mail message is protected by Information Rights Management (IRM), and then you forward the e-mail message, the message body disappears in the forwarded e-mail message. Only the Word document attachment is forwarded.You cannot edit text in an HTML TEXTAREA Web elementYou try to edit text in an HTML TEXTAREA Web element that is located in an HTML-formatted e-mail message. If you do not use Microsoft Office Word as the e-mail editor, text that is typed in the HTML TEXTAREA Web component is typed in the right-to-left text direction. Additionally, you may be unable to type text in the HTML TEXTAREA Web component.A meeting request cannot be updated after the Blackberry desktop service has added properties to the requestWhen you try to send an update to a meeting, the meeting update is not sent. Instead, you receive the following error message:The item could not be saved because it has been changed by another person. Do you want to save a copy in your default Calendar folder? If you click Yes, you need to copy and paste your changes from the "copy of" item in your default folder into a new update for this meeting. The MAPIToMIME conversion fails when the "Add digital signature to this message" option is turned offYou use a COM add-in that performs a MAPIToMIME conversion during the ItemSend event when an e-mail message is sent. If the "Add digital signature to this message" option is turned off when the e-mail message is sent, the MAPIToMIME conversion fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:MAPIToMIMEStm FAILED Items that are found when you search in a folder that contains custom forms cannot be displayed in the Preview paneYou run Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode. You view items in a folder that contains custom forms. When you search for items in the folder, the items are found as expected. However, you receive the following error message in the preview pane for the found item:This item cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane. Open the item to read contents. Can't open this item. A Word document attachment may be slightly larger when a recipient receives the e-mail messageYou send an e-mail message to a recipient that contains a Microsoft Office Word document as an attachment. If the "Add properties to attachments to enable Reply with Changes" option is not selected in Outlook 2003, the file size of the attachment may be slightly larger when the recipient receives the e-mail message.You receive an error message after you close an item by using the Item.Close() eventYou apply security update 924085 (MS07-003) for Outlook 2003. Meeting details may be missing when calendar is viewed by a user in a different time zoneYou create two meeting requests that occur on the ending day of a Free/Busy publishing period. If another user in a different time zone views the calendar, the details for the meeting requests may not be displayed as expected. For example, the meeting details for one meeting may be missing completely.Free/Busy information may be missing in a meeting requestWhen you view the Free/Busy information for an attendee in a meeting request in Outlook 2003, the Free/Busy information may be missing.A MAPI account user receives an error message if a POP3 user declines a meeting requestA user who uses a MAPI account sends a meeting request. A recipient that uses a POP3 account accepts the meeting request. The POP3 recipient then declines the meeting request. When the MAPI account user views the meeting request, the user receives the following error message:This meeting is not in the Calendar; it may have been moved or deleted.
