SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006, a report does not run when you click Run now on the Reports tab. Instead, the report status appears as Generating.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the April 19, 2007 update package for ISA Server 2006. For more information about this update package, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
