On This PageSYMPTOMSThe Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 Web Console raises an exception when you try to access a Web page view on the Monitoring page or on the My Workspace page. When this problem occurs, you receive the following error message in the Web Console: Requested value 'UrlViewType' was not found. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.ArgumentException: Requested value 'UrlViewType' was not found. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the URL view type is not supported in the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Web Console. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, apply this hotfix on each computer that hosts the System Center Operations Manager 2007 Web Console. Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
