CAUSEThis problem occurs because a race condition is introduced in the Psxdrv.sys file when concurrent open and close operations occur on a file handle. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, apply the hotfix rollup package that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 936051.
