Some appointment records are duplicated when you sort the appointment records in the Activities view in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

SYMPTOMS

When you sort the appointment records in the Activities view in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, some appointment records are duplicated. These records appear in all pages. Additionally, the incorrect number of pages may be displayed.

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:

You click All in the Date list to sort the appointment records in the Activities view.
You click the Owner column to sort the appointment records in the Activities view.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.

Removal information

To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, or Microsoft Windows 2000, use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. System administrators can use the Spuninst.exe tool to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000.

The Spuninst.exe tool is located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB936348$\Spuninst folder.
