A Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 user cannot add a video to an audio call that is between a Communicator 2007 client and a Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 client.
This problem occurs if the Communicator 2007 client and
the Communicator 2005 client have different encryption levels that are set by
the domain policy.
