Removal information

You cannot use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel to remove this service pack. To remove Expression Web SP1 from your computer, you must remove Expression Web, and then reinstall Expression Web from your original Expression Web CD-ROM. How to determine whether the service pack is installed

The administrative service pack consists of a full-file Microsoft Windows Installer file (.msp file) that is packaged in a self-extracting executable file. The .msp files in the following table are distributed in this service pack.
The service pack contains files that have the versions that are listed in the following table.

You do not have to install this service pack if you have a later version of the files that are listed in the file table. To determine whether the files that are listed in the file table are installed, follow these steps:

1. Start Search Companion. To do this, click Start, and then click Search.
   
   Note If Windows Desktop Search starts, click Click here to use Search Companion.
2. In the Search Results window, click All files and folders in the Search Companion pane.
3. In the All or part of the file name box, type the name of the file, and then click Search.
4. In the list of files, right-click the file, and then click Properties.
5. On the General and Version tabs, examine the file properties of the file that is installed on the computer.
