Error message when an Exchange 2007-based user sends a meeting request to a resource that is located in a Lotus Domino resource reservation database: "Error autoprocessing message"

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
You deploy Microsoft Transporter Suite in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment for Exchange Server and Lotus Domino co-existence.
A user whose mailbox is hosted by Exchange 2007 sends a meeting request to a resource that is located in a Lotus Domino resource reservation database.
In this scenario, the Exchange 2007-based user does not receive a confirmation message. Therefore, the Exchange 2007-based user cannot confirm whether the booking request for the Lotus Domino resource was accepted or whether it was rejected.

Additionally, the Lotus Domino-based server console generates the following error message:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and install Update Rollup 3 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on the Exchange server. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
