SYMPTOMS

When you try to configure Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.3, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:

Error Configuration Framework]Feature: [Runtime] Failed to configure with error message [<Exception Message="Unexpected exception occurred while configuring [Runtime]." Source="" HelpID=""><Exception Message="Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." Source="Configuration" HelpID="" /></Exception>]

CAUSE

This problem may occur on a computer that is running Windows SharePoint Services.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, use the NETBIOS name of the computer as the Web server name when you configure the Runtime feature in BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet.
