Note Windows Explorer should start when you press the Windows logo key+E keyboard shortcut. CAUSEThis issue occurs because of an error in Remote Desktop Connection 6.0. When you press a keyboard shortcut on the local computer, Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 may send only the "key-down" message to the remote session. Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 may not send the "key-up" message for certain modifier keys such as the ALT, SHIFT, and Windows logo keys.
