The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook.
You enable the Use Cached Exchange Mode setting for the e-mail account that you use.
Then, you create an e-mail message. For this e-mail message, you enable the Do not deliver before setting, and then you specify a date for the setting.
Next, you send the e-mail message to the Outbox folder. In this scenario, the value in the Sent field of this e-mail message is None. However, the value in the Sent field of this e-mail message should be the date that you specified for the Do not deliver before setting.
RESOLUTION
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
