SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use a connection string to connect to an instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services. You set the value of the MDX COMPATIBILITY connection string property to 2. Then, you run a Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) query that uses the Siblings function. In this scenario, the result that you obtain is inconsistent with the result that you obtain when you run the same query against an instance of SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
