The following symptoms may occur in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

This issue occurs if Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) is applied. By default, Office 2003 SP3 blocks MAPI forms that cause new executables to be downloaded and started.

To resolve this issue, enable MAPI forms. To do this, follow these steps.

1.	Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2.	Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Forms\
3.	Double-click the EnableMapiForms registry entry, type 1 in the Value data text box, and then click OK. Note If this registry path does not exist, create a new dWord-Value registry entry, name it EnableMapiForms, and give it the value of 1.
