INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to change the number of embedded MIME messages that Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 processes before the MIME is dumped to the message body. This functionality is added when you install Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3).

MORE INFORMATION

In Office 2003 SP3, a policy key was added. This policy key enables an administrator to change how many nested MIME messages are processed before the MIME is dumped to the message body.

By default, Office 2003 SP3 can process 50 nested attachments. If you use policies, and if you are an administrator, you can change this number.

To do this in the registry, follow these steps.
