This article describes how to use your Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 account to log on to a Live Meeting conference center as a member.

You must use a Live Meeting account and a Live Meeting URL to log on to a Live Meeting conference center to schedule or to manage meetings, to manage recordings, or to access other high-level functions of the Live Meeting service. The Live Meeting URL that you use will vary depending on the type of Live Meeting account that you have.

Live Meeting hosted corporate account

In a hosted corporate account, a company has a Live Meeting hosted conference center. You must contact the Live Meeting administrator of the company to obtain the Live Meeting URL for that company.

The URL must start with "https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/." Typically, the URL contains the company name or an abbreviation of the company name after "/cc/."

For example, if the company is named Contoso, the Live Meeting URL may resemble the following URL:
https://www112.livemeeting.com/cc/contoso/loginPage
To log on to the Live Meeting conference center as a member by using the corporate account, follow these steps:
  1. Start the Web browser.
  2. Type the Live Meeting URL in the Address bar of the Web browser, and then press ENTER.

    For example, type https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/contoso/loginPage, and then press ENTER.

    The Login to Live Meeting Manager page appears.
  3. In the User login box, type the user name for your Live Meeting account.
  4. In the Password box, type the password for your Live Meeting account, and then click Login. The My Home page appears.
Now, you can use the different Live Meeting features and functions that are available to you.

Live Meeting trial account

If you have a Live Meeting trial account set up, you can use the Live Meeting trial URL to log on to the Live Meeting conference center.

To log on to the Live Meeting conference center as a member by using your trial account, follow these steps:
  1. Start the Web browser.
  2. Type https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/contoso/loginPage in the Address bar of the Web browser, and then press ENTER. The Login to Live Meeting Manager page appears.
  3. In the User login box, type the user name of your Live Meeting account.
  4. In the Password box, type the password of your Live Meeting account, and then click Login. The My Home page appears.
Now, you can use the different Live Meeting features and functions that are available to you.
