193006 How to reset personal menus in Office XP and Office 2000 programs

Important You must use the "Add or Remove Programs" feature to remove the add-in before you try the methods that are described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 193006.

Use Method 1 in Knowledge Base article 193006 to remove customer menu settings and to restore the default settings. Then, reinstall the add-in.

If you still experience the issue, use Method 2 in Knowledge Base article 193006 to rename the existing PIP file for PowerPoint or for Outlook. This procedure resets the menu settings for PowerPoint or for Outlook. These menu settings include the Live Meeting add-in menu.
