Description of the Microsoft Windows registry On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access to connect to a mailbox that is located on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 server. You receive an e-mail message that contains a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 presentation as an attachment. When you click the attachment, the presentation opens as expected in PowerPoint 2007. However, when you try to save the presentation by using its default file name, the presentation is not saved. CAUSEThis problem occurs because ?attach=1 is appended to the attachment's file name when the attachment is opened from the e-mail message in OWA. RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the PowerPoint 2007 Hotfix Package that is dated June 24, 2007.
