SYMPTOMS

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you use the GetItem operation in Exchange Web Service to obtain items from the Exchange store. When you try to obtain the Item.Body.Value value, the results contain duplicate strings.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem in Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1, install Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
