Subscription notification objects in System Center Operations Manager 2007 may not be displayed correctly on a computer that uses a regional setting other than "English (United States)"

SYMPTOMS

When you create a subscription notification in the Operations console in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, a subscription notification object is created. However, when you view this object on a different computer, the object may not be displayed correctly. For example, the subscription name may be missing.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • The regional setting on the System Center Operations Manager 2007 server is something other than English (United States).
  • The regional setting on the computer where you view the object differs from the setting on the server where you created the object.
