This article describes how to cancel a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 account.

A signed termination of service form is required to cancel the Live Meeting 2007 account. To obtain the termination of service form, you must submit a support request. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Visit the following Microsoft website:

    https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=mocplmhome&brand=mocp&
  2. Click “I have a billing problem or question regarding Live Meeting.”
  3. Type the information in the required boxes in the web form.
  4. After you provide the required information, click Continue.
A member of the billing support staff or of the sales staff will provide the termination of service form.

Note The termination date of the Live Meeting Conference Center is determined by the date on which the termination of service form is signed. The termination date is not determined by the date on which the termination of service form is submitted.
