On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you open an e-mail message in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, the Track in CRM toolbar button and the Regarding toolbar button on the CommandBar toolbar do not have a graphic. However, the Track in CRM toolbar button and the Regarding toolbar button should each have a graphic. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the Chinese Simplified version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2.
