Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

When you try to resize a shape in a Microsoft Office PowerPoint slide, the shape will change to a shorter vertical height. For example, if you try to increase the size of a circle shape, the width of the circle will change to a wider width. However, the height of the circle will decrease to a much shorter height.

This issue occurs when the shape is in a PowerPoint 2003 presentation that you have opened in PowerPoint 2007.
