Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta 3.0 is now part of Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0. All references to Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta and Microsoft Axapta relate to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 Service Pack 5 with Kernel Rollup 3 installed. You create a sales order. Then, you create some sales order lines in the sale order. In each sales order line, you add a note. Next, you post and pint an invoice for the sales order. In this scenario, the note of the first sales order line does not appear in the invoice as expected.
This problem occurs because Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 unexpectedly takes the RecID of the note out of stack. Therefore, the note cannot be fetched.
Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 service pack or the next version that contains this hotfix.

This hotfix is scheduled to be included with Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 with Kernel Rollup 4 installed.
