You install the Korean version of a 2007 Microsoft Office suite or of a 2007 Office program on a Windows Vista-based computer that has the locale set to Korean. Additionally, Microsoft Office IME 2007 is set as the default input language. In this scenario, you receive an access violation error message in module Imjkapi.dll when you try to install hotfix 929550 or any Windows update. Additionally, the hotfix or updates do not install successfully. CAUSE This problem occurs when you try to install hotfix 929550 or any Windows update after you install the 2007 Office suite or program.
