On This PageSYMPTOMSYou connect a USB Webcam to a Windows Vista-based computer that is using an AMD chipset. Then, you may experience severe video degradation in both the video output of the Webcam and the video output of other video-based programs. You may also receive a Stop error on a blue screen. This problem occurs when the output resolution of the Webcam is set to 960 × 720 or to a higher resolution.
