How to enable tracing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
OUTLOOK-xxxxxxxxxx.log The xxxxxxxxxx placeholder is replaced with the year, the month, the day, and the time of the platform trace file.Note The Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook tracing registry entries are located in the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MSCRMClient CAUSEThis problem occurs if Outlook 2003 uses Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit or to read e-mail messages. Therefore, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 cannot close the rich-text-formatted e-mail messages as expected. RESOLUTION
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 3.
