Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. Two or more users are viewing the same Public queue at the same time. If all the users try to accept a queue item from the queue, all the users can accept the queue item. The last user who accepts the queue item will become the owner of the item. However, the queue item is not displayed in the In Progress queue of the owner. The queue item is displayed in the Assigned queue of the owner.
