You cannot import documents into a meeting after you install the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 clientArticle ID: 940842 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSAfter you install
the Microsoft Windows-based Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 client, you cannot import documents into a meeting. For
example, you cannot import Microsoft Office Word documents, Microsoft Office
Excel workbooks, or Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations into a
meeting. CAUSEThe Microsoft Office Document
Imaging (MODI) print driver is required to import documents into a meeting. Additionally,
administrator permissions are required to install the MODI print driver. If
a user who does not have administrator permissions tries to install the Windows-based
Live Meeting 2007 client, the MODI print driver cannot be
installed. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use an account that is a member of
the local administrators group to install the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007
client. MORE INFORMATIONUnlike earlier versions of the Microsoft Office Live
Meeting client, the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 client has a user mode
installation option that lets users who do not have administrator permissions install
the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 client. The LMSetup.exe application
installs the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 client according to the
permissions that the user has. If the user does not have
administrator permissions, the user can still install the Windows-based Live
Meeting 2007 client. Additionally, the user can participate in meetings with
some limitations. Note The user mode installation option is not supported in Microsoft Windows Server 2003. PropertiesArticle ID: 940842 - Last Review: December 5, 2011 - Revision: 4.0
