Expand all | Collapse all

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you access your Inbox by using an IMAP4 client.
  • You create several folders.
  • You access the same Inbox by using Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2007 Light, and then you perform a Manage Folders operation.
In this scenario, the IMAP4 folders are not included in the folder list that the Manage Folders operation generates.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the PR_CONTAINER_CLASS property is not set for the IMAP4 folders.
