In the Japanese version of Windows Media Player 11, some words are inappropriately or incorrectly translated. These words are listed here:

• The word "Explicit" is inappropriately translated in the "Parental Rating" column.
• The word "Free" is incorrectly translated on the Radio page. You may notice this when you use the radio subscription function.
• The word "Edited" is inappropriately translated in the context of a parental advisory. You may notice this when you use the parental control function.
• The word "Subscription-only" is inappropriately translated.

An update is available to correct the translation. After you apply this update, the following changes are made: Notes

• The word "Free" is translated as "無料," which means "nothing." In the original translation, it is translated as "空き," which means "vacant."
• In the translation of "Subscription-only," a word that means "regular" is added. This change makes the meaning more clear.
