CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Web server is configured to require a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. However, the client browser does not support 128-bit encryption. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, use one of the following methods. Client-side resolutionUse a client Web browser that supports 128-bit SSL to send the Web requests, such as Windows Internet Explorer 7.Server-side resolutionImportant These steps may increase your security risk.
