SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Expression Media may crash when you drag a .tif file in Thumbnail view in Expression Media. Additionally, any unsaved data is lost. This issue only occurs when you drag certain .tif files in Thumbnail view.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade Apple QuickTime to QuickTime 7.2 or to a later version. To obtain QuickTime 7.2 or a later version, visit the following Apple Web site:
