Article ID: 942119 - Last Review: September 28, 2007 - Revision: 1.6 The basic version of Outlook Web Access for Exchange Server 2007 generates an exception when you click "Next Page" to view more search results in the address bookSYMPTOMSYou log on to the basic version of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Then, you use the address book to perform a search operation. The address book returns the first page of search results. However, when you click Next Page to view more search results, Outlook Web Access generates an exception. Additionally, you receive the following error message: The server does not support the control. The control is critical.
CAUSEThis problem occurs because Outlook Web Access switches to a different domain controller when users click Next Page on the search results page. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1.
