Changes that you make to a Windows User custom property do not appear in the BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console

Article ID:942286

Revision:1.2

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2, you import an .msi file.
The .msi file contains a party that is associated with a partner profile.
The partner profile includes a Windows User custom property.
When the Business Activity Services dialog box appears, you change the value for the Windows User custom property for the partner profile. For example, you change the value for the Windows User custom property from Domain1\User1 to Domain1\User2.
After the import process is complete, you check the party information in the BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console.
In this scenario, the change that you made to the value for the Windows User custom property does not appear in the BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console. In this example, the value for the Windows User custom property in the BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console is Domain1\User1.

However, the change appears on the Business Activity Services Web site as expected.
