SYMPTOMSOn a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007-based computer, the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service stops unexpectedly when you start the service or when you mount a database store. The following events are logged in the System log. Event ID: 7011Event Type: Error Event ID: 7034Event Type: Error Event ID: 9519Event Type: Error Event ID: 9518Event Type: Error CAUSEThis problem occurs because some incorrect indexes cause the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service to try to access data that does not exist. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem in Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1, install Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1.
