You cannot move created objects into a folder or out of a folder if the folder was created on a secondary site of System Center Configuration Manager 2007

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

You have a primary site and a secondary site for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007.
Alphabetically, the site code of the primary site appears before the site code of the secondary site. For example, the site code of the primary site is CEN. Additionally, the site code of the secondary site is CHD.
You create a folder on the primary site. Then, you create an object in the folder. The folder and the object are replicated to the secondary site.
On the secondary site, you create a local folder and a local object.
You try to move the local object into the local folder. Or, you try to move the local object out of the local folder.

In this scenario, the move action fails. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

ConfigMgr cannot move the specified folder. Refresh the ConfigMgr Administrator console to verify that another administrator had not moved or deletes the folder. Verify that no other folder with the same name exists at that destination and that you are moving the folder to a node with the same object types.

Additionally, the Configuration Manager Console may close.

When this problem occurs, information that resembles the following may be logged in the AdminUI.log file:

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Configuration Manager Console incorrectly manages the created objects and the created folders.
