Error message in Communicator 2007: "An error occurred while trying to start the conference" or "This message was not delivered to all participants"

In Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, you may receive an error message that resembles one of the following:

• Error message 1
  An error occurred while trying to start the conference.
• Error message 2
  This message was not delivered to all participants because there was a conference error.

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:

• There are three or more users in the conference.
• The Thai language is selected in the "Regional and Language Options" item in Control Panel.

How to obtain the hotfix
