The telephone number in a Communicator 2007 pop-up window for an incoming call has an incorrect text direction when the language is set to Arabic or to Hebrew

SYMPTOMS

You run Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, and the language for Communicator 2007 is set to Arabic or to Hebrew. When you receive an incoming telephone call, the pop-up window for the call incorrectly shows the telephone number in the left-to-right text direction. You would expect the telephone number to be shown in the right-to-left text direction.
