Windows SharePoint Services provides base functionality and services that are widely used by the 2007 Office System Server products. To install the 2007 Microsoft Office servers Service Pack 1 (SP1) without installing Windows SharePoint Server 3.0 SP1, follow these steps:
| 1. | At a command prompt, change to the folder that contains the 2007 Microsoft Office servers Service Pack 1 (SP1) Setup file. |
| 2. | At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: officeserver2007sp1-kb936984-x86-fullfile-en-us.exe /InstallWithoutWSSSP1=1 Note Make sure that you type the InstallWithoutWSSSP1=1 option exactly as shown in the command. |
| 3. | After you successfully install the service pack, close the command prompt. |
