FIX: Message when you click the Back button in Internet Explorer 7 to return to a SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services report that contains one or more DateTime parameters: "Report is being generated"
Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2005 fix release.
In Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services, you create a report that contains a parameter of the DateTime data type.
You add a text box to the report. The text box is configured to move to another report when you click the text box.
In Internet Explorer 7, you view the report. You select the DateTime parameter.
When you click the text box to move to the other report, the second report displays correctly. However, when you click the Back button in Internet Explorer 7 to view the first report, the report always displays the following message:

Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.
