Unrecognizable characters appear in the date field of the display on a Unified Communications device that is used with Communicator 2007

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Unified Communications (UC) device together with Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, you experience the following symptom.
Symptom

If you change the operating system language in Windows, the date that is displayed on the UC device may display unrecognizable characters.
You experience this problem if you change the operating system language to a language other than a language that the UC device supports.

RESOLUTION
