After you install the BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 3.5 on a computer that is running BizTalk Server 2006 R2, the Configuration.exe configuration program cannot be started. After you start the Configuration.exe tool, the Configuration.exe process is listed as a running process in Task Manager. However, the Configuration.exe process exits without any errors after several seconds. No error is recorded in the event log.
