When you create a new template by using an existing template, the Status Manager field uses the user name in the original template in Project 2007

You apply hotfix 937907 on a computer that is running Microsoft Office Project 2007. However, when you create a new template by using an existing template, the Status Manager field automatically uses the user name in the original template. You expect the Status Manager field to use your user name when you save the new template.

To resolve this problem, install hotfix 941657. If you work with templates that are saved on a server that is running Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, you must also install hotfix 941426. Then, re-create your Project 2007 templates.

Note These hotfixes will not resolve this problem if you create a new template by using an existing Project template that was saved before you applied the hotfix.
