SYMPTOMSWhen you try to upload a document to the Document Library in your HealthVault account, you experience one of the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis behavior occurs if you try to upload a file that is larger than 3.5 megabytes (MB). The HealthVault Document Library has a 3.5-MB limit to the size of a file that can be uploaded. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, reduce the size of the file that you want to upload to the Document Library.
