Error message when you send an invitation in Communicator 2007 "SIP/2.0 408 Request Timeout"

When you use Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 to try to send an invitation though a server that is running Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, you receive the following error message:

This problem occurs if long delays are experienced as the invitation reaches the recipient over a network or over the Internet.

How to obtain the hotfix
