CAUSEThis issue occurs if you have installed software on your computer that requires that you restart the computer, and you decided not to restart the computer. Communicator 2007 checks for a registry key that is shared with other programs. This registry key is used to determine whether you must restart the computer. If the registry key indicates that a restart is required, Communicator 2007 prompts you to restart the computer.
